- Clients can dictate using either digital
hand-held recorder or our toll free telephone dictation system.
All dictations recorded on the digital recodrer can be uploaded
securely to the central database using our software
- RxScribe receives the dictations and
sends them to one of three medical transcriptionists dedicated to
serving that client. This method of matching clients with our
staff of transcriptionists allows them to become acquainted with
any abbreviations and tendencies, the client may typically use
during dictation.
- The dictation is carefully drafted and then forwarded to an editor who analyzes the patient records for accuracy
and clarity.
- In instances where the dictation is
unclear, a copy is sent to our QA Hub, which re-evaluates the
records to ensure maximum accuracy.
- The quality checked patient records are
then sent to our central database where copies are archived for
clients convenience.
- Clients typically log onto our internet-based platform and download the patient records to a local database or office computer, where it can be printed and filed.
